Sue K. Meacham, 69

North Brookfield - Sue Keith Meacham, of North Brookfield, died peacefully at home following a brave battle with cancer on November 5th, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Framingham on October 24, 1948, Sue was the oldest daughter of the late Albert and Sylvia Keith, and sister to the late Judy Keith.

She leaves behind her husband and best friend, Mark E. Meacham; two sons, Brian Cristman and his wife Lisa and Adam Cristman; three granddaughters, Samantha Ciukaj and her husband Christopher, Kiley and Mackenzie Cristman and their mother, Sue Cristman; two step-granddaughters Emily and Olivia Martel; one great-grandson, Carson Ciukaj; dear friend and sister-in-law Janice Hubacz and her husband Eddie, and many other family members.

Sue was a graduate of Ashland High School class of 1966.  She attended Green Mountain College where she earned an Associate’s Degree in 1968.  She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved her family.

Early in her career, Sue was employed by the Quaboag Rubber Corporation as a Sales Representative, and developed the Popular Quaboag Newsletter - (Inside the Teepee), a publication in which she took great pride.

Since 1986, Sue has worked side by side with her husband building and managing the Meacham Companies, which serves many communities with their temperature and comfort needs.  The numerous Company employees all became a part of Sue’s extended family, and she found great pride watching them develop their skills and celebrating their successes in the industry.

Sue is very well respected in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry both locally and nationally.  She is known for her many accomplishments, including being an officer and past president of the local area New England Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), the Charlton Business Network Group (BNI), and the Worcester Executive Association (WEA).  On a National level, she was the First woman board member for the National Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA).

Sue was a faithful member of the Ware Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  She is well known for her generous spirit and for taking an interest in everyone. Sue’s beautiful smile and personality established friendships that lasted a lifetime. She had a way of making everyone feel special, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her Funeral Service and Celebration of Life on Friday, November 10, 2017, at 10:00AM in the Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield.  Calling hours will be held on Thursday evening, November 9, 2017 from 5 to 8pm in the Funeral Home.
