OBITUARY:
Barbara E. Gillette, 82
North Brookfield - Barbara E. (Green) Gillette, 82, of West Brookfield Rd., died Wednesday, August 5, 2015.
She leaves her husband of 60 years, Donald M. Gillette; two sons, Donald J. Gillette and his life companion, Tracy Davenport and Herbert M. Gillette and his wife Barbara; one daughter, Catherine Patchen and her significant other, Mike Toomey all of North Brookfield; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was born in Fitchburg, daughter of the late Herbert M. and Margaret (Gordon) Green and grew up and lived in East Brookfield before moving to North Brookfield in 1974.
Barbara was a Mother to all and a member of St. Joseph's Church in North Brookfield and their bereavement committee.
A Funeral Mass for Barbara will be held Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 9:00 AM in St. Joseph's Church in North Brookfield. Calling hours will be held Friday, August 7, 2015 from 5 to 7 PM in the Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery in North Brookfield.
