Bella M.J. Harnois

Warren---Bella M.J. (Chevrette)  Harnois, 93, passed away on May 13th in West Brookfield. She was the wife of the late Avila Harnois who passed away in 1990. She leaves her sons Joseph and his wife Jean and Robert of Ware, her daughters Janet Lyons and Patricia Church both in Virginia, Pamela Ellithorpe and her husband Ron of Brimfield, Roberta Harnois, of Warren, Debra Harnois and her fiancé Ernie Pearson of West Warren, and Rose Marie Campagna of Palmer, as well as her 16 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Gloria Cobleigh, siblings Paul Chevrette and Rita Waz, and 2 grandchildren. She was born in West Warren daughter of Paul and Julia (Lasonde) Chevrette and was a life long resident. She worked in the office of the Warren Community Elementary School, and had also worked for the Wm E. Wright Co. She was a communicant of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, where she was a member of the Women's Club. Bella was a member of the West Warren VFW Auxiliary , DAV Post #59 and the Warren Senior Club. She enjoyed Bingo, travelling, crocheting and knitting for her family. She loved her family and was very proud of them. She prayed every day for their guidance, protection and safe return home. Funeral Services will be held on Monday May 18th  at  10am from the Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St. in Ware, with a Mass at 11:30am in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, North St. West Warren. Calling Hours will be held on Sunday from 4 to 6 pm. Donations may be made in her memory to Hospice of Western and Central Mass, 144 Turnpike Rd.
