West Brookfield – Betty J. Prindle, 98, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025, in Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center.
She leaves her daughter, Mary Eleanor Naylor and her husband, Bill; her daughter, Patricia Ann Gould and her husband, Wayne; her daughter, Alice Aldrich; her son, Albion E. Prindle, Jr. and his wife, Lezlie; her eight grandchildren, Tim Gould, Christopher Gould, Robin L. Roushia, Kevin Carter, Chrystal Aldrich, Charles Aldrich, Madison Prindle, and Logan Prindle; as well as her eight great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves her siblings, Violet Withers and Charlotte Wright. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Albion E. Prindle; her grandson, Greg Aldrich; her son-in-law, Ted Aldrich; and her siblings, Arthur Carter, Judson Carter, Mary Gray, and Margaret Fox. She was born in Staunton, Virginia, daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Bishop) Carter.
Betty was able to live a long and well-fulfilled life over her 98 years. Of the many joys in her life, her greatest joy was caring for and spending time with her large, loving, extended family.
The family will be holding a private service for Betty.
