Brookfield / West Brookfield - Charlene A. (Fredette) Mathieson of Nanatomqua Park in Brookfield, died at home on Saturday, April 23, 2016 with her caring family by her side.
She leaves her loving husband of 47 years, David; two daughters, Kelli Mathieson-Trzeciac and her husband Aaron, and Matti Mathieson-Lavallee both of West Brookfield; two brothers, Duane Fredette and his wife Peggy of Florida, and Kyle Fredette of California; one sister, Donna Falls and her husband Thomas of West Brookfield; three grandchildren, Darin and Taylor Trzeciac, and Hannah Lavallee, and many nieces and nephews. She was born in Ware, daughter of the late Roland and Inez (Arsenault) Fredette. She lived most of her life in West Brookfield before moving to Brookfield 3 years ago.
Charlene worked as a clerk at the former Ernie's General Store and was the former owner of the Video Library, both located in West Brookfield. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be deeply missed by her family.
Funeral services for Charlene will be held privately, and there are no calling hours.
