Ware - Constance L. (Gariepy) Cloutier, 88, of Ware died peacefully on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in West Brookfield.
She leaves her son, Paul J. Cloutier and his partner Linda of Ware; her two daughters, Lisa Trzpit and her husband Andy of Ware and Michelle Wojick and her fiancé Jim Mckenzie of Milford. She was predeceased by her loving husband Carl J. Cloutier in 2009. She was born in Ware, daughter of the late Lionel and Lillia (Chartier) Gariepy.
Constance was a homemaker and loved taking care of her family and her home.
When she was younger, Constance was on a bowling league at Roll-A-Way Lanes. She also had an appreciation and love for all kinds of music. Constance was also the Patriot's #1 fan. She will be missed.
She was a former member of Mt. Carmel Church in Ware.
Services for Constance will be held privately
Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St., in Ware is assisting her family with arrangements.
