Warren - David C. Montague, 63, of Warren passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at Harrington Memorial Hospital.
He will be forever missed by his wife, the love of his life, Luanne J. (Amirault) Montague of Warren. David will also be mourned by his adoring children, Colleen Levenia Montague and Joseph Ambrose Montague II of Warren. He is survived by his brother, Phillip Montague and wife Ellen of Walpole, nieces and nephews, and cousins. David's passing will be felt by his devoted 8-month-old lab puppy, Coraline. David was born in Needham to the late Dr. Joseph Ambrose and Gerda May (Nielsen) Montague on September 14, 1958.
David spent many years as an electrical engineer until 2012, and then odd jobs before retiring in late 2021. If he wasn't working, he was engulfed in one of his many interests, whether it was gardening, the Northern Woodlands, learning an assortment of history, creating different kinds of wood pieces, or partaking in anything that involved trains, especially steam trains. Even with all of these passions, his largest passion and his proudest title was that of dad and husband.

Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., in West Brookfield is assisting his family with arrangements.
