Diane E. Jurczyk

Ware---Diane  E. (Tworek)  Jurczyk, 59, passed away on Sunday Feb. 23rd in UMass Medical Center. She was born in Ware daughter of Edward and Hope (Magee) Tworek. She was a graduate of Ware High School. She leaves  her sons John Jurczyk and his wife Kim, Jason Jurczyk and Jeff Jurczyk all of Ware, a brother David Tworek and his wife Patricia of Ware, her grandchildren Jacob, Troy and Lucas, and a close friend Gerald Mega of Bondsville. She was employed as a health care provider by Professional Medical Service, and very much enjoyed her job of working with the elderly. She was active in Youth Sports during her sons playing days, and most of all enjoyed travelling. All services will be private and held at her family's convenience. Charbonneau Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
