Palmer - Donald D. Lilliock, 74, of Nipmuck Street, died on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.
He leaves his wife, Dorothy "Dee" Lilliock of West Warren; a daughter, Donna Skoczylas and her husband Andrew of Warren and his granddaughter, Tiffany. He was born in Scottdale, PA, son of the late Edward and Annabelle (Chambers) Lilliock. He will forever be remembered as being a wonderful father and grandfather.
Mr. Lilliock was a carpenter at Diamond International in Three Rivers for 35 years before retiring.
He was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting, loved horses and tractors, and taking his car to car shows were he received many awards. He was also an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. But most of all he was proud of his granddaughter Tiffy for attending the University of Maine and becoming a civil engineer.
Funeral Services for Donald will be held privately and his ashes will be scattered over the farm in Pennsylvania where he was born and loved so much. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301. Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield is assisting his family with arrangements.
