West Warren - Doris R. (Boutote) Dumas, 100, died Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in West Brookfield.
She leaves her daughter, Nancy I. Reusch and her husband William of West Warren; three grandchildren, Kerrie Derosier of Chicopee, Shawn Baldwin and his companion Shannon McConnell of West Warren and Todd Baldwin and his wife Tiffany of West Warren; five great-grandchildren, Allyson, Kevin, Kylie, Paige and Logan and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 70 years, Albert E. Dumas in 2006, a sister Irene Koski and a great-granddaughter Lydia. She was born in West Warren, daughter of the late Henry and Lillian (Porter) Boutote and was a lifelong resident.
Mrs. Dumas along with her husband owned and operated the Willow Brook Farm in West Warren for 40 years.
She was a member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Church in West Warren and their Women's Society.
A Funeral Mass for Doris will be held on Monday, October 3, 2016 at 11:00 AM in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 74 North St., in West Warren. Calling hours will be held prior to the Mass from 9:00 to 10:30 AM in the Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield.
