Warren - Dorothy J. (Trombley) Dimo, 79, of Warren, died on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center after being suddenly stricken ill earlier in the day.
She was born in Springfield, daughter of the late Wilfred and Sophie Trombley.
She leaves her husband of 59 years, Albert Dimo; her son David and his wife Denise Dimo, her Daughter Lisa Dimo and fiancé Scott Lapworth and her son Scott Dimo. Dorothy also leaves behind three grandchildren Amber Boots and her husband Nick Boots, Kristal Swiderski and her fiancé Chris Mendrek and Megan Dimo and her partner John Rivera, as well as three great grandchildren Garrett Mendrek, Elliott Mendrek and Jonah Rivera.
Her family will always remember her as a kind and generous person. She enjoyed cooking, making jewelry as a hobby, as well as bird watching. She was especially fond of cardinals. She was a long-time member of the Emmanuel Orthodox Church in Warren.
A Graveside Service for Dorothy will be held in St. Paul's Cemetery, on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Warren Senior Center, P.O. Box 428, West Warren, MA 01092.
