Ware---Edward A. Hoffey, 58, of 116 Main St., passed away on April 4th at his home. He leaves his children Edward Hoffey Jr. of Sherborn, Michael Hoffey of Monson and Lisa Hoffey in Sarasota, his long time partner and companion Dale Wright, a brother Wiiliam of Ware , a sister Patricia Renner of Ware, his grandchildren Elena and Kaitlyn Hoffey, and the mother of his children Joanne Hoffey. He was born in Warren son of William and Dorothy (Fenner) Hoffey and lived most of his life in Ware. He was a graduate of Tantasqua High School. An accomplished carpenter he worked on many construction projects. He loved music and worked as a DJ, known as" Karaoke with Abe Lincoln". Honest and straight forward, he was never afraid to speak his mind. Most of all he was a hard worker and good father.
A Memorial will be planned at a later date, In lieu of flowers his family requests that donations be made in his name to the American Cancer Society, 59 Bobala Rd. Holyoke Ma. 01040 or to Baystate VNA and Hospice PO Box 9058, Springfield Ma. 01102.
