Palmer - Elizabeth I. (Ivy) Carter, 59, died Monday, July 18, 2016 at her home.
She leaves her daughter, Valerie J. Carter-Stone and her husband Daniel P. Stone of Brecksville, Ohio and her two grandchildren, Benjamin and Eleanor. Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband, Alfred C. Carter. She was born in Norfolk, Virginia, daughter of the late Fred W. and Barbara M. (Smith) Ivy.
Mrs. Carter worked for many years as a bank teller for the North Brookfield Savings Bank and was a member of the George Whitefield United Methodist Church in West Brookfield.
A Celebration of Life Service for Elizabeth will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016 at 10:00 AM in the George Whitefield United Methodist Church, 33 West Main St. in West Brookfield with a gathering following the service in the church hall. There are no calling hours.
