Everett P. Marchiony

Ware - Everett P. "Slim" Marchiony, 88, died Friday, August 11, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family.
He leaves his wife of 58 years, Annette M. (Boulanger) Marchiony; two sons, Alan Marchiony and his wife Marian of Hardwick and Gary Marchiony of Ware; two grandchildren, Jeffrey and Melinda; one great-grandchild, Brendan and several nieces and nephews. He was born in and grew up in Rochester, NH son of the late Paul and Ethel (Goodwin) Marchiony and lived in Worcester before moving to Ware in 1960.
Mr. Marchiony was a Receiving Supervisor for Pratt & Whitney in Connecticut for 28 years before retiring in 1991.
Everett was a great pool player. He won the New Hampshire State Championship where he was affectionately known as "Slim" and also played in the senior pool league. He enjoyed playing cards and was an avid bass fisherman.
A Graveside Service for Everett will be held on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 1:00 PM in New St. William Cemetery in Ware. There are no calling hours. Flowers may be sent or memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St., Ware is assisting his family with arrangements.
