AGAWAM---Fred Camp, 91, passed away on February 18th in Hadley. He was born in Trinidad son of Italio and Alma (Yates) Campagnani, he lived in New York City, and had lived in Agawam for many years. He owned the former Business Education Institute in West Springfield, and also served as Admissions Director for United Tractor Trailer of Chicopee. Fred served in the US Army and was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Springfield Yacht Club. He is survived by his children, Gary Camp and his wife Mary of Ludlow, and Deborah Camp of Ware, his grandchildren Adam and Bethany Camp, Melissa Stimpson and Carmen Sanderson, as well as his great-grandchildren Jake and Sage. He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy (Rhind) Camp. Calling Hours will be held on Friday Feb. 27th from 4 to 6 pm at the Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St. Ware, MA. A Burial will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army of Sprinfield, 170 Pearl St., Springfield MA 01101.
