George L. Pollett, Jr., 69
West Brookfield - George L. Pollett, Jr., 69, of Cottage St., died Saturday, March 7, 2015 surrounded by his loving caregivers of 18 years, Stephen E. Piechota and Doreen Piechota.
He leaves behind Stephen and Doreen's six children and seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was born in Oxford son of the late George L. and Mary Smith (Schmitt) Pollett of Luxemburg, Germany. He was predeceased by two siblings, his brother Robert Pollett of Oxford and his sister Barbara Robidoux of Auburn.
George was a member of the Sacred Heart Church in in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish in West Brookfield and a founding member of the West Brookfield Lions Club.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 11 AM at the Sacred Heart Church in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish, West Main St., West Brookfield for a Memorial Mass in his memory. Refreshments will follow in the Dugan Hall in the church basement. Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield is assisting the family with arrangements.
