West Brookfield - Guy D. "Danny" Bolinger, 57, went to be with his heavenly family on June 1, 2015 surrounded by his loving family here on earth.
He leaves the love of his life, his wife Crystal, whom he spent 18 precious years with. His daughters, Rebecca Pontbriand and her fiancé Sean Sullivan, Faith Pontbriand, Danielle Gonsales and Crystal Shyrock; his sons, Korey Pontbriand and his fiancé Jessica and Keith Pontbriand; his precious grandchildren, Brielle "Scooter", Arie "Sunshine", Aiden, Tristan and Gabriel his buddies and Timothy, David, Alexis and Jacob of Georgia; his aunt Kay and uncle Buddy; sisters, Lynn and Wendy; brothers Jeff and Paul; his mother-in-law, Beverly Turner; his travel buddy, Teri and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Guy and Linda (McLaurin) Bolinger and a brother Al.
Mr. Bolinger was a decorated Delta Force Green Beret serving in the United States Army for 18 years. Danny loved his dog LuLu beyond words, which never left his side. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed his Bruins and watching it snow.
Funeral Services for Danny will be held privately in the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Agawam with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at a later date. There are no calling hours. Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield is assisting the family with arrangements.
