Helen M Diette

Helen  M. (Skoda)  Diette, 95, passed away on Oct. 6, 2016. Her late husband of 54 years Ernest  Diette  passed away in 2000. She leaves her children, Robert Diette and his wife Barbara of New Boston Mich., Beverly Rogers of Florence, Linda Diette of Easthampton, Paula Masse and her husband Bones of Ware and Richard Diette of Easthampton, her grandchildren Michael  Rogers, Theresa  Flynn, Tim Diette, Rachel Masse and Kate Fluegge, her sisters Rosemary Colburn and Ann Louise Nordmark both in Pennsylvania, her great-grandchildren, Daniel, Allison, Sean and Collin Flynn. She was born in Scranton PA, daughter of Adam and Anna  Skoda and had lived in Easthampton since 1954. She was a communicant of  Our Lady of the Valley, and of the former Notre Dame Churches.  Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday Oct 11 from the Boucher-O'Brien Funeral Home, 7 Pleasant St. Easthampton, with a Mass at 11am in Our Lady of The Valley Church. Burial will follow in St. Brigid's Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to Our Lady of the Valley Church, 33 Adams St. Easthampton MA 01027.
