West Brookfield- Henry P. Zelazik, 86, of West Brookfield died on Friday, January 16th, 2026, at Harrington Hospital in Southbridge.

He leaves his wife and best friend of 65 years, Judith (LeBeau) Zelazik, of West Brookfield. He also leaves his son, Peter Zelazik, and his wife Kristin Kloiber, of Brimfield; and two grandsons, Zach Zelazik and Nicholas Zelazik. Henry is predeceased by his daughter Kristine Zelazik. Born in Poland to the late Peter and Marie (Petrykowska) Zelazik.

Henry was sent to Germany at an early age and shortly after sent to the United States, where he was sponsored by a family in Adams, MA. Here he attended Adams Highschool, where he met his beloved wife Judy, and married in Notre Dame church.

Henry obtained his bachelor’s degree in engineering at Wentworth Institution and Northeastern University. He spent his career in Medical Manufacturing, working as a manager for Johnson and Johnson. He was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus, and made many lasting friendships there. Henry enjoyed working around his house in West Brookfield, but most of all loved spending time with his two grandsons.
