Ware - Janet T. (Gauthier) Brosseau, 82, of Ware passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 with her family by her side, to be reunited with her husband Floyd. Floyd preceded her in death in 1995, after 41 years of marriage. Janet was born in Ware, daughter of the late Alfred and Doris (Barry) Gauthier.
She leaves two daughters, Cheryl French and her husband Peter of Mount Holly Springs, PA, and Doreen Bator of Ware; four grandchildren, Tracy Allard, Melissa Riland (Jeremy), Alicia Bator, and Matthew Bator, as well as three great-grandchildren, Hailey Allard, Paige Rhinehart, and Hunter Rhinehart. She was predeceased by her brother Robert Gauthier.
Janet was a member of All Saints Church in Ware. She enjoyed traveling with her husband Floyd, and after his passing, she traveled with her Aunt Rita. She was an avid New England Patriots fan, and loved reading and watching television.
In respect for her wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. Burial will be held privately at New Saint William Cemetery in Ware. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701, in memory of her husband Floyd and her son-in-law Douglas Bator. Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St., in Ware is assisting her family with arrangements.
