Jay Peter Supka

Jay  P.  Supka, 47, passed away on January 4th in Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Ware son of the late Edward and Beverly Supka. He leaves his mother Beverly (Dame) Kulig of Sangerville ME, his brother Daniel Supka of Ware and a sister Michele Pulchtopek of Ware. He was predeceased by a Brother Todd. Funeral services will be held on Friday January 15th at the Charbonneau Funeral Home at 10am, with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Thursday January 14th from 5 to 7 pm.
