PETERSHAM:  Jeffrey A. Grise, 44, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 27, 2026.Jeff was born in Ware and graduated from Tantasqua High School, Class of 2000. He attended Westfield College and held a variety of positions throughout the area over the years. His work included managing a concrete plant, earning his CDL and driving for transportation companies, and, most recently, working as an advisor with Fidelity Investments.

Jeff was predeceased by his mother, Susan H. (Hevy) Hamelin, in 2016, and by his uncle, Steven Grise.

He is survived by his father, Stanley L. Grise of Petersham; his sons, Ronan Grise and Sebastian Grise of Ware, and their mother, Leigh Thibert; his siblings, Arlo Trainor and Celeste Yager; his uncle, William Grise and his wife, Jane; his aunt, Diane Grise-Crismani and her husband, Giorgio; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Services will be private.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jeff’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
