She leaves her husband of 41 years Paul P. Benoit, and her son Philip P. Benoit. She was born in Springfield, daughter of the late Louis and Amelia (Rodrigues) Braica.
JoAnn was an Assistant Manager working in commercial food service, before retiring in 2009.
She was a member of All Saint's Church in Ware.
A Funeral Service for JoAnn will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 3:00pm in the Chapel of the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street in Agawam.
