John Koss, 92, of West Brookfield passed away on March 6, 2015 at his home. Born in Bondsville, he was the son of the late Michael and Helen (Czech) Koss. He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Camille (Imbier), his son Kevin and wife Lisa of Palmer, his daughter Nadine Wojcik and husband Philip of West Brookfield, grandchildren, Daniel and Michael Koss, Jessica Deremian, Angela Burton, and Jonathan Wojcik, great-grandchildren Braydon and Zachary Deremian, and Alanna and Audrey Burton, a sister Josephine Wozniak of Worcester, and a brother Edward Koss of Palmer. He was predeceased by a brother Stanley and by a sister Bertha Foschini. John was a World War II Veteran, and flew 50 combat missions with the 15th Air Force. He was a member of the American Legion, V.F.W., and the D.A.V. He worked at the CFI Steel Corp. in Palmer and served as union president, until their closing. He ended his career, at the US Postal Service. Rites of Committal with Air Force Military Honors will be held at the chapel of the Mass.
