Not only was he a leader from the Tiger Cubs to Boy Scouts, but he also held a Unit Commissioners position within the Boy Scouts of America and servicing the surrounding towns. In 1991, he became a West Warren volunteer fire fighter, then transferred to Warren, where he worked his way up to Captain for the Warren Fire Department. Joe and Patti owned a home based travel franchise called Dream Vacations, creating amazing trips for so many, including themselves. Joe and Patti had gone on many Caribbean cruises over the years and planned to retire cruising several times a year. Joe will be greatly missed by friends and family.
