West Brookfield - Karen L. (Marengo) Holden, 64, died unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, December 15, 2015.
She leaves her life partner of 20 years, Steven Buttrick; a son, Jody Richardson; a daughter, Terry (Caola) Stelmokas; three brothers, Johnny Abruzzise, Terry Abruzzise, and Edward Lee; four grandchildren, Luke Richardson, Grace Gordon, Matthew Gordon and Morgan Stelmokas; one niece, Taryn Turgeon; and two nephews, John Abruzzise, Jr., and Tommy Abruzzise.
Ms. Holden was a self-employed seamstress.
A Celebration of Karen's Life will be held Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 1 to 6 PM at the Spencer Fish & Game Club, 155 Mechanic St in Spencer. There are no calling hours, and burial will be private. Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield has been entrusted with her care.
