Lori Larzazs-Supczak, 63, of Ware, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, August 11, 2025, after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Ware, daughter of George Larzazs and MaryAnn Porter.
While attending Ware High School, Lori worked as a waitress at Crystal Springs Dairy Bar, then at Salem Cross Inn for several years. Lori was the office manager for the plumbing business owned by her father and brother Glenn, then moved on to work at Kanzaki Papers for many years. She loved to travel and would often pick different destinations to meet up with different family members, including Florida, Vegas, Virginia Beach, and California. But Lori’s favorite place since she was a little girl was Hampton Beach. As recently as last year, she would spend a week there with family, especially her grandchildren, and anyone who wanted to join.
Lori leaves behind her mother, MaryAnn Boucher of Ormond Beach, FL; her two daughters, Beth Garceau and Kara LeDoux; her grandchildren, Alexander, Riley, and AJ, who had special relationships with their MiMi, and by whom she will be greatly missed; her two sisters, MaryEllen Larzazs and Susan Boucher, both of Florida; her two brothers, Keith and Glenn Larzazs, both of Ware; as well as her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, George Larzazs; by her brother, Michael Larzazs; and by her stepfather, Norman Boucher.
A special thank you to her best friend, Missy Wallace, who helped Lori during her time of need.
