Ware - Louis K. Rome, 71, of Ware died on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center after a long illness.
He leaves his loving partner, Judy N. Keenan; his son, Derek Rome; his two step-sons, David St. Cyr and his wife Lori and Joseph St. Cyr; his four grandchildren, Elyssa, Alex, Cody and Emily; three great-grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and friends. He was born in Bangor, Maine son of the late Kenneth and Corinne (Woodard) Rome.
Louis worked as a welder for Norton's before he retired.
Louis enjoyed fishing. He also loved collecting and putting together model cars, solving puzzle books and was a huge New England sports team enthusiast.
He was a member of the Ware Senior Center.
A Celebration of Life for Louis will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701
Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St., in Ware is assisting his family with arrangements.
