Mark E. Kokoski

Ware - Mark E. Kokoski, 67, of Coffey Hill Rd., passed away peacefully at home on the morning of May 11, 2017.  He was predeceased by his wife, Paulette (Dufresne) Kokoski in January.



He is survived by his two daughters, Diana Hervieux and Karen Brodeur and her two sons, Christopher Brodeur, and Steven Groux; a sister, Linda Shunaman, and two brothers, Frank Kokoski, Jr., and Daniel Kokoski.  He also leaves his step-children, Marlene Cole, Richard Newton, Shelly Dodge, and Melissa Martin.  Mark was born in Ware, son of the late Frank W. and Evelyn P. (Ely) Kokoski.



Mark was a loving grandfather to thirteen grandchildren, and a great-grandfather of four great-grandchildren.



Mark loved spending his time in the fields on the farm where he was born and raised.  He enjoyed raising cows, and bailing hay, and feeding his birds.  Above all else, he was a family man.  His family always came first.  He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.



At his request, services will be held privately, and there are no calling hours.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Baystate Health Foundation, 280 Chestnut St., Springfield, MA 01199 to support Cancer Care of Baystate Mary Lane Hospital.  Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St., Ware is assisting his family with arrangements.
