Mary ""Amelia"" Richter

Warren---Mary "Amelia" Orszulak (Tenczar) Richter, age 100, died in Baystate Medical Center in Springfield on Monday December 22, 2014. Ms Richter was born September 7, 1914 in Ware MA to Stephen Orszulak and Apolonia Strycharz. Her first marriage was to the late Andrew Tenczar Sr. of Lowell MA. They lived in Worcester and worked at the Brown Shoe Co. for several years, before permanently moving to Warren. Amelia's second marriage was to the late Albert Richter and they lived together in Carteret NJ for several years. Ms. Richter is survived by her son Andrew J. Tenczar Jr. and his wife Hedi of Ludlow, a daughter Sandra Cook of North Billerica along with grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her eldest daughter Janice Merwin of Warren. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10am in All Saints Church, 17 North St. in Ware on Saturday Dec. 27th . Her family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be made to the All Saints Church Musical Program, 17 North St. Ware Ma 01082.
