Warren - Michael D. "Chuck" Levine of Warren passed away peacefully on March 21 at Brigham and Women's hospital after a period of declining health.

He leaves his loving partner of 27 years Daniel J. Jordan Jr; his loving daughter, Taylor and her partner Andrew; his son, Joshua and his wife Alexandra; his daughter Morgan; his sisters, Jean Teague and her husband James, Deborah Fabiano and her husband James, and Denise Davis, all of Maine; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  He was predeceased by his sisters, Constance Sewell and Mary Jane Dwyer, as well as by his brother-in-law, Peter Davis. He was born in Framingham, son of the late Harry and Rose Levine.

He worked as an executive sales manager for name brand shoe companies, travelling the country.  Chuck was known for his outstanding cooking, and he had a knack for making the most delicious meals.  He also enjoyed the many travels to St. Martin and South Beach.  He took great pride in maintaining his koi pond.  Family was everything to Chuck, and those who knew him loved him dearly.  People in general would gravitate towards him.  He will be very much missed.

Per Chuck's request, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.  His family would like to thank the medical staff at Brigham and Women's hospital for their compassionate and outstanding care.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Dana-Farber Research Institute, P.O.
