Norma G. (Lazarick) Cernauskas

North Brookfield – Norma G. Cernauskas, 88, of North Brookfield, died on Friday, September 20, 2024, in Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skill Care Center following a period of declining health over the past few months.

She leaves her son, Russell P. Cernauskas of North Brookfield and her daughter, Joanne Cernauskas of Auburn. She was predeceased by her husband, John Cernauskas in 2017. She was born in North Brookfield, daughter of the late Stanley A. and Mildred G. (Harvendar) Lazarick and was a life-long resident of the town.

Norma had a career working in shoe manufacturing. She worked for the former Brown Shoe Company in Worcester for 25 years, and then the former Qauboag Rubber Company, now Vibram in North Brookfield, for another 15 years before retiring.

A Graveside Service for Norma will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 11am in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Elm St., in North Brookfield.
