Patricia A. ""Pat"" Tryba

Brookfield - Patricia A. Tryba, 68, of Brookfield died on Monday, August 28, 2017 surrounded by her loving family, at Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center.



She leaves two daughters, Tracey Tryba and her husband Anthony Marinello of Richmond, NH, and Lynn Tryba and her boyfriend Tom Wansleben; two sons, Brian Tryba and his girlfriend Debbie Lavallee, and Michael Tryba of New York City; one sister, Linda Lamoureux and her husband Leo; two nieces, Kimberly Tryba, and Stephanie Johnson; four nephews, Peter and Chris Tryba, and Jason and Justin Iozzo, as well as a special family friend, Dylan Packard.  She was predeceased by a brother, Clifford "Cookie" Leveille, Jr., and by her boyfriend, Louie Dhembe.    She was born in Southbridge, daughter of the late Clifford E. and Doris A. (Boucher) Leveille.  She lived in Sturbridge for many years, prior to moving to Brookfield about 20 years ago.



Pat began her career with Galileo Electro-Optics in Sturbridge in the late 1970's, most recently working as a Customer Service Representative at Photonis in Sturbridge before retiring in 2015.



At her family's request, services for Pat will be held privately.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Second Chance Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 136, East Brookfield, MA 01515 or www.secondchanceanimals.org .  Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield is assisting her family with arrangements.
