Richard E. Beland, 69
West Brookfield - Richard E. Beland, 69, of Ridgewood Circle died Friday, September 5, 2014 in Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
He leaves his beloved wife of 47 years, Stephanie A. (Samko) Beland; two sons, Jason Beland and his wife Melissa and Justin Beland of Virginia; two daughters, Stacie Beland and her husband Mark Axelson of Spencer and Jessie Beland of Easthampton; his mother, Pearl (Gelineau) Beland of Spencer; six grandchildren, Maari, Jake, Abby, Elizabeth, Hilde, and Joshua. He was born in Westfield, son of the late Ernest Beland and grew up and lived in Spencer before moving to West Brookfield in 1975.
Richard was a dental technician who owned and operated Premium Services for the last 16 years.
Richard enjoyed golf, baseball, fishing, pool, and playing his guitar at several local establishments, but his greatest joy was spending time with his family.
A Memorial Service for Richard will be held Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield. There are no calling hours.
