Richard Robert O'Riley

April 27, 1964 — June 10, 2015

Ware-Richard  R. "Rob"  O'Riley, 51, passed away on June 10, 2015. He leaves his wife Kerry  Sue (Healey)  O'Riley, his children  Shelby O'Riley, and Spencer O'Riley, his parents  Richard and  Joan (Sullivan) O'Riley, a brother Sean O'Riley, his wife Gayle and their children Kara  and Griffin, a sister Colleen O'Riley Mucha, her husband Rob and their children Tyler and  Riley, as well as many other family members  and lifelong friends. He was born in Ware April 27, 1964. As a youth Robby enjoyed playing cards and spending time with his grandparents in Gilbertville. He had a passion for playing street hockey in the St. Aloysius schoolyard, riding dirt bikes, fishing and hunting with his beagles. He was a member of Ware High School Class of 1982, where he played varsity baseball and was a member of  the Western Mass. Super Bowl Championship Football Team. As a beloved member of the "Schlop  Crew" he and his buddies spent plenty of time in "The Field".  Robby furthered his education at UMass-Amherst , receiving a Bachelor's Degree from the School of Business Management. He was a licensed plumber, and currently worked in construction management at Palmer Paving. He was a wonderful husband and dad. His favorite times were spent with family and friends at his camp in Vermont. He was kind to everyone and always had time to stop and chat. He was a true friend to many, and will be missed, but he will live in our hearts forever. Calling Hours will be held on Friday June 19, from 5 to  7:30 pm at The Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10am in All Saints Church, North St. It is requested that on Saturday all to go directly to the Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to an  education, for his children, checks may be made in the name of Shelby and Spencer O'Riley, and mailed to Country Bank, 75 Main St. Ware MA 01082, or to the Washington Snow Flyers, PO Box 672, Washington VT 05675.
