Roger E. "Buddy" Morin

Warren - Roger E. "Buddy" Morin, 88, of East Rd., died Friday October 13, 2017 at the Soldier's Home in Holyoke.
He leaves three sons, Donald Morin and his wife Brenda and Gary Morin of Warren and Scott Morin and his wife Tammy of West Brookfield; one brother George Morin of West Warren; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Shirley A. Morin in 2011. He was born and grew up in Ware, son of the late Ernest and Malvilina (Racine) Morin and moved to Warren in 1952.
Mr. Morin worked for the Warren Highway Department for 15 years and later worked 11 years for Stacy Exposition Services of West Warren before retiring.
He was a United States Air Force Veteran of the Korean War.
He was a member of the former Federated Church in Warren and now attends the First Congregational Church in West Brookfield and enjoyed camping with his wife.
A Funeral Service for Roger will held Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield. A calling hour will be held prior to the service from 10 to 11 AM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Warren Parks & Recreation Commission, P.O. Box 609, Warren, MA 01083.
