Shane  M.  Skerritt, passed away on November 26, 2016 in Providence RI. He was the son of Peter (Pete) Skerritt of Ware MA and the late Leanna (D'Ordine) Skerritt of Dunedin FL, besides his father he leaves his wife Jennifer "Jen" Burns of Riverside RI,  daughter Amaya of Calera AL, his brothers, Peter of West Springfield MA, Devon and his wife Courtney of Richardson TX, Trevor and his wife Lydia of Erving MA, Tristan and his wife Petra of Springfield MO, and Shiloh of Ware MA, and his sister Tammy Kolodziel of Ware MA. Shane was a voracious reader of books. He loved spending time in his garage, creating video blogs, and playing cards with his friends. He enjoyed history, auto racing and music. He loved animals, especially cats. All Services are private to be held at his family's convenience. There are no Calling Hours. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Rhode Island SPCA or a charity of one's choosing. Charbonneau Funeral Home of Ware MA is entrusted with arrangements.
