Shawn L. Courville, 56
North Brookfield – Shawn L. Courville, 56, of North Brookfield, died unexpectedly on February 21, 2025.
He leaves behind his son, Steven S. Courville of Leominster; one aunt, Joanne Camp of North Brookfield; and two cousins Raeann Caron of North Brookfield and Mark Johns of West Virginia. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Shawn was born in Clinton, Maryland, son of the late Louis and Judith J. (Cole) Courville. He briefly lived in Spencer; MA, then moved to North Brookfield in 1972. Shawn was a 1987 graduate of Tamaqua Regional High School’s Technical Division in welding and metal fabrication. He had many skilled professions throughout his life including landscaping, welding and lineman.
Shawn found joy in the outdoors and fishing. He enjoyed fishing with Steven and his friends on the local lakes throughout the area, camping on the Mohawk Trail, and never lost interest in RC cars or playing video games.
Shawn will be remembered for the many people he helped and lives he touched.
