Stanley A. Kwasnik, 96
Three Rivers - Stanley A. Kwasnik, 96, died Friday, January 29, 2016 in Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in West Brookfield.
He leaves his daughter, Christine Marchessault and her husband Ronald of West Brookfield; two sisters, Nellie Westwater of Mc Lean, VA and Helen Mackenzie of Hyannis; four grandchildren, Heidi Potvin and her husband Joshua, Sean Young of South Orange, NJ and his former wife Karen Young of Lincoln Park, NJ, Dannielle Wenk and her husband John of South Yarmouth and Heather Rourk and her husband Perry of Mount Pleasant, SC; 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Mary T. (Janulewicz) Kwasnik, a son, Thomas Kwasnik and three siblings, Joseph, Mary and Andrew. He was born in Passaic, NJ son of the late Andrew and Elizabeth (Sudol) Kwasnik and grew up and lived in Monson before moving to Three Rivers.
Mr. Kwasnik was a foreman for C. F. Church Co. in Monson for 43 years before retiring in 1982.
He was a member of Devine Mercy Church and St. Stanislaus Polish Club in Three Rivers.
A Funeral Mass for Stanley will be held Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 10:00 AM in Devine Mercy Church, 2267 Main St., Three Rivers. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2016 from 5 to 7 PM in the Varnum Funeral Home, Inc., 43 East Main St., West Brookfield. Burial will be in St. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
