Ware---Therese A. (Deslauriers) Oberg, 82, of 7 Demond Ave., passed away on June 13th at Langdon Place , Keene NH. She was the wife of the late Jack Oberg. She leaves her sons Kenneth and his wife Brita of Moss, Norway, Carl and his wife Deborah of Ware, her daughters Carol Van Voorhis and her husband David of Castle Rock CO, Karen Mosher and her husband Alan of Louisville KY, and Sandra Pietrowski and her husband James of Swanzey NH, a sister Doris Mazur of Ware, as well as her grandchildren, Bjorn, Carl, Matthew, Thomas, Megan, Caitlin, and Matthew. She also leaves her beloved dog Amber.
She was born in Ware daughter of Albert and Antoinette (Choquette) Deslauriers and was a lifelong resident. She had worked for the Wm. E. Wright Co. She was a communicant of All Saints Church, an avid reader, she also enjoyed traveling and her vacations to Colorado and especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren and Amber.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday June 18th from the Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St. with a Mass at 10am in All Saints Church, North St. Burial will be at a later date. Calling Hours will be held on Monday from 5 to 7 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Tufts University Veterinary School North Grafton Ma., Langdon Place of Keene NH, or the Kingsbury Cancer Center of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Keene,NH.
