Yvette Martha Kmon

Yvette M. Kmon, 89 of Greenfield, MA and formerly of Ware, MA passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, 11/14/15 at Charlene Manor Extended Care, after a long period of decline.
Born in Ware, MA on September 16, 1926 she was the daughter of the late Leo and Beatrice (Beauregard) Jacques. She is the widow of Edward S. Kmon who died in 2010.
Prior to her retirement, she worked at Mary Lane Hospital in Ware as a nurse's aide and later, for many years as a receptionist. After retiring, she continued at the hospital as a gift shop volunteer.
Yvette enjoyed family gatherings, participating in local theater productions, singing in the church choir, had a creative flair for entertaining and decorating and always maintained a stylish wardrobe!
Yvette is survived by a son, Jacques Kmon and his wife Bonnie of Agawam, MA; two daughters, Suzie Kingman of Whitingham, VT and Paulette Enos and her husband Charlie of Merrimack, NH; four grandchildren, Ian Seeney, Martha and Sarah Kingman, and Ashley Kmon; two great grandchildren, Natalie Claire Seeney and Miles Edward Seeney, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
We would like to extend sincere thanks to the staff and caregivers at Charlene Manor Rehabilitation and the staff and volunteers of Hospice of Franklin County who lovingly and tirelessly cared for Yvette and supported our family.
Funeral services will be held at All Saints Church, Ware, MA on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 10am.
Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
Charbonneau Funeral Home is directing arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Hospice of Franklin County.
