Regrettably my family was not informed of Gloria’s passing. She was the daughter of Uncle Bert and his first wife Marguerite “Peggy” Hall. We are sorry to learn Gloria is no longer with us. Her medical condition caused her to be placed with providers who could provide proper care and as such our family had limited physical contact with her over the years though my brother Stephen and sister Phyllis were in regular contact with her throughout her entire life. The stories of the good times they spent together in the house on High Street in Hardwick are wonderful to hear. My father Laurier purchased and rebuilt the home and barn so his parents and brothers-sisters would have a place to live after WWII. Gloria and my sister played in that barn as did brother Stephen and the memories of their childhood together are recalled with great fondness these many years later. May Gloria and all the souls of the faithful departed Rest In Peace.

Gloria Had Quite The Sense Of Humor, We'd See Her Walking He Cat On A Leash Everyday. One Day My Son's Rottweiler Chase Her Cat Around The House Several Times, With Her Running After Them Both....Another Time My Son Accidentally Totaled Her Brand New Car, She Said That's "OK" I Didn't Like The Color Anyways. Both Times She Was More Than Forgiving And Quite Gracious Even Laughing, She Always Had A Kind Word And A Smile...We'll Miss Her.
