Warren - Paul W. Guglietti, 97, of Warren died on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Baystate Wing Hospital.
He leaves his sons, Ronald Guglietti of Warren and Albert Guglietti of Tahoe City, CA; and his daughter in-law Galen Morgan of Cambridge. Paul was predeceased by his wife of 49 years, Marilyn (Smith) Guglietti, in 2001 and his son Paul, Jr.. He was born in West Warren, son of the late Paul F. and Mary (Massoni) Guglietti.
Paul served his country honorably during World War II in the United States Navy. After returning he resumed working at the Quabaug Rubber Co. where he was a Mill Operator for 50 years, before retiring in 1990.
Paul was a loving and devoted husband and father. He enjoyed gardening, yardwork and tinkering.
He was a member of the Adams - Cooney - Frew Post 244 American Legion in West Brookfield, a member of the former Warren VFW and a parishioner of St. Pauls Church in Warren.
A Graveside Service for Paul with Military Honors will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 11:30AM in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Maple Street in Warren. Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 9 to 11AM in the Varnum Funeral Home, 43 E. Main Street in West Brookfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 330 Congress Street, Boston, MA 02210.
