Warren - Robert E. Pollier, Jr., 43, of Warren, died at his home on Friday, July 28, 2023.
He leaves his son, Evan A. Pollier of Warren; his parents, Robert and Mary (Oster) Pollier of Ware; one sister, Lisa McKeever, and her husband Ryan and their children, Jack, Owen, and Reese all of Ware. He also leaves several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Robert served in the United States Army, proudly serving his country as a Sergeant for 5 years, before returning to civilian life. As a civilian, Robert enjoyed working many years as a cable technician for Comcast.
As a father to his only son, Evan, he viewed that as his greatest role in life. He took on that role with love, joy, and pride.
Robert enjoyed many remodeling projects in his home and crafting small furniture pieces for himself and his loved ones. He enjoyed the all-American pastime, which was cheering for New England sports teams. He also enjoyed whale watching, disc golfing, and going to concerts with Evan and his friends.
He took pleasure in ribbing his mother and every family gathering, and then laughing loudly when he received the desired response from her. He leaned on his father’s experience when troubleshooting D.I.Y. electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs. Robert greatly loved his sister and her family, even though that love came in the form of sibling bantering quite often. Robert will be greatly missed.
