Palmer - Steven P. Dumont, 62, of Palmer passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Baystate Medical Center following an illness.
He leaves his sisters, Barbara L. Befford and her husband Leo of Ware, and Alaine Dumont of Thorndike; his sister-in-law, Virginia Dumont; his longtime girlfriend, JoeAnn; as well as several nieces and nephews. Steven was predeceased by his brothers, Michael Dumont, Scott Dumont and Carl Dumont, Jr.. He was born in Malone, NY, son of the late Carl W. and Beverly (Beltizard) Dumont.
Steven worked for Northern Tree for many years as a tree worker.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time.
Services for Steven will be held privately at a later date.
Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St., in Ware is assisting his family with arrangements.
